Visits of the marsh are possible all year round, by reservation or not according to the period.
For each type of visit, you can refer to its page for more information.
Visits
TICKETING :
Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Non stop on Sundays and public holidays.
The offices are also open all year round (except Christmas periods).
IN WINTER :
From Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
IN SUMMER :
Sales department (reception, reservations and presales):
From Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
No presales on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and public holidays.

Restaurant
The restaurant-tavern "The Wand" is located on the ISNOR site of Clairmarais.
FROM APRIL TO MID-OCTOBER:
Every lunchtime, and from Thursday to Saturday evening.
FROM MID-OCTOBER TO MARCH:
Lunch from Thursday to Sunday, evening from Thursday to Saturday.
The service begins at 12 noon and 7 p.m. in the evening.
Booking is strongly recommended for individuals (we are very regularly full on Sundays) and compulsory for groups.

Where to find us
Ô MARAIS by ISNOR is located at 3 rue du Marais in Clairmarais (62500), just at the river stop and 5 minutes from Saint-Omer.
To reach us from Saint-Omer follow Clairmarais until you arrive in the village. At the church, turn left twice following the halte fluviale!
From Arques straight on to the church then first left.
From the road to Lille you will arrive with the church on your right, turn right as soon as you have passed it then left.

At last, our site and some of our activities are accessible to people with reduced mobility ( tourism and disability label ).
The boats and crews are them certified by Waterways and have the PSC1 (Level 1 Civic Relief Prevention).
